Desde que recibes tu pedido, tienes 14 días naturales para comunicarnos la devolución. También en artículos rebajados.
Escríbenos por email
Indica el número de pedido y los artículos que quieres devolver. No necesitas esperar una autorización para comunicar tu decisión.
Transporte de devolución
El coste del envío de devolución corresponde a la clienta, salvo las excepciones que se detallan en las condiciones.
Returns for online purchases
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to tell us you wish to return it, without giving a reason. This right also applies to sale items.
How to request a return
Email lamariposatgn@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You do not need prior approval to exercise your right of withdrawal: an unambiguous statement within the deadline is sufficient.
We will explain how to prepare the shipment. Send or hand over the items within 14 calendar days after notifying us, to: La Mariposa · Basarcalçat, S.L., Rambla Nova, 47, 43003 Tarragona, Spain. Keep proof of postage.
Item condition and return costs
You may try on clothing and footwear as you would in a shop. Please return items with their tags and original packaging wherever possible and protect them for transport. You are only responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The customer pays the direct cost of return shipping unless we agree to cover it or this condition was not disclosed before purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or different from your order, contact us so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you. The withdrawal period does not limit your statutory guarantee rights.
Refunds and exchanges
We will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method, without fees, within 14 calendar days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you return the entire order, we will also refund any standard delivery costs paid. Supplements for delivery options more expensive than standard delivery are not refundable. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.
To change a size or model, you can return your item and place a new order.
Legal exceptions
Only statutory exceptions to withdrawal apply, for example for made-to-measure or clearly personalised items where relevant and disclosed before purchase. Being on sale is not an exception.
